Mostly all universities in Dubai accept either IELTS or Toefl as proof of English language test. There are very few exceptions that accept Duolingo English Test (DET) also.
One or two Dubai Universities without IELTS accept students (however they may have few conditions to fulfil).
Some Dubai universities conduct their own interview to test student’s ability to converse in English. If student clears that, then no IELTS, etc may be required.
