Is the programme English-medium, at least 54 months, with internship at the same university — and listed in WDOMS?
Does the offer letter match the fee page? Kazan is about ₹6.0 lakh/year (billed in RUB). TSMU USMD is about ₹11.5 lakh/year. Everything else needs the invoice.
Can this student actually get the visa? Georgia is D3 + residence permit. Russia and Central Asia need a student visa after invitation.
